Its crazy how small the world is becoming. Peniche, Lisboa, Islington, The Thames, Shoreditch, Newport, Bondi, Avoca, LA and Santa Cruz all in one week. So many crazy amazing places and different, incredible experiences.

For those of us lucky enough to have the privilege of a passport and some frequent flyer miles all it takes is some imagination and maybe a willing friend. Don’t really know what I’m trying to say but travel is right there in front of you … so get up and go!

  2. The long, rolling, right-breaking tubes of the east coast of South Africa were a highlight of the original “Endless Summer” movie. It was St. Francis Bay that first brought international surfers to this watery promised land, only to find a better, faster tube nearby at Jeffreys Bay, known as J-Bay. It was a popular spot during the apartheid era for local surfers and those from around the world willing to look the other way at the human conditions around them to chase a wave. But for many surfers, and surf companies that sponsor events, it was strictly off-limits. With the end of apartheid in 1992, it’s been a regular stop on the international circuit. This is one of the most consistent surfing spots in the world, where the waves seem perpetually near-perfect shape. The most renowned break is called Supertubes. When conditions are perfect, rides of more than a half mile are not unheard of – if the surfer’s knees and balance can hold up. Popularity has a price, with a building boom in the 1990s that has led to erosion of some of the dunes and increased litter being fought by the “Save Supertubes Foundation.” It’s about an hour south of Port Elizabeth.

So much world to see and such a short life to see it in. That photo is stunning. Surfing and seeking sunsets…bliss!

  4. Sometimes we like to act a bit crazy. It makes us feel unbridled and carefree. It is probably ok to act a little crazy if it helps us unwind. Surely, the world has room for yet another crazy person who wants to make sense out of nonsense, or the other way around. Here are a few crazy quotes to get you started. These crazy quotes will either drive you nuts, or make you go crazy with laughter.

The Porn-World thrives on the talent’s ‘numbness’ which is typically created by drugs and alcohol. When the talent is ‘numb’ the more they are willing to do. You get paid more if your willing to do “crazy-shit” but in order to do those crazy things you’ll wind up becoming a heavy alcoholic or drug addict. The more drunk and high you get, you will wind up doing “crazier-things”, your going to be willing to do and you will make more money. It’s a vicious cycle; case in point, I had sex with 620 guys in a single day. The event was a publicity stunt that was successful and won me an award for “best-selling” video of all time. Plus all the movies and crazy stuff that I did catapulted me to the top of the adult world.

  7. Surfinn Lagos Surf Camp & Surf School is located in the South of Portugal. The Algarve is well known for its beautiful “catalog type” of beaches and crazy nightlife. It also hosts great waves and climate all year round and more sunshine days than any other part of Europe, perfect for your surf trip!

  8. Here is the beginning of my blog, my blog about….who knows. I’ve been told by multiple people, however, that this would be highly convenient way for me to keep people in my life updated about my experiences, thoughts and observations. And as most people close to me know, I also tend to have an insane amount of questions, ideas and weird philosophical thoughts that I like to pose, because isn’t that what keeps the world turning after all… putting ourselves out there, as scary as that can be? I’m not sure at all what this blog is going to be about yet. I’m sure that it will eventually take shape and evolve into whatever it’s supposed to be, perhaps it will be about my music, food, dance, shows I see, or crazy people on the subway. But for now it can be about everything, a place for me to share a little bit of the way I see the world. And it’s nice to speak when you know that somebody may be listening.

I knew it! Rockstar! I actually used to sing in a rock band when i was a student….And now I am rocking my Nia students’ and German students’ world. PASSION and not doing to well with hierarchies have been my triggers/traits all along. I am doing B-School at the moment and slowly but surely it is sinking in… Bit by bit I am dancing to where I always have belong: In my body not my mind. I am so passionate about Movement Inquiry and helping people to self-discover who they are or how they can learn best using movement, music, humour and getting into their bodies their own unique way. I am far from being really clear where to go with all that passion and plethora of (crazy) ideas but at least I AM ON MY WAY (one of my roads will lead me to New York in July for your hubbies CI workshop, Marie. See you there. I’ll do a Nia/Steffi funky, earthy, raw choreography with you then.) Thanks you Mary and Sally, crazy, fellow rockstars and Passionistas!

  12. There are unconfirmed rumors hitting the internet that Usher and that crazy Tameka have split up. We are surprised that crazy Tameka lasted this long. Now she has some nice child support stacks coming.

  17. I’ve missing 85lbs and possess saved it off for over 3 yrs now. I’ve some unfastened skin all over my abdomen and interior thighs that have continued to tighten with workout and time. Gotta give you time and do not %anchor% too fast. It took me one.five yrs to shed all 85lbs. Consume plenty of water, do %anchor% training and maintain the skin hydrated by lotioning it everyday. Try to eat as healthy as feasible. Keep away from startchy meals.
